Annual General Meeting
The G.S.B. Mandal, Thane conducts its Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year, typically in August, at the Mandal premises. The AGM includes:
- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report
- Financial statements and audit reports
- Constitutional amendments and policy matters
- Election of office bearers
- Open discussion on community matters
The 47th AGM was held on Sunday, 11th August 2024. Annual Reports and constitutional documents are shared digitally with members.
